Katie is murderously violent. Do not turn your back on her. Keep a sharp watch on her.
[ His voice is one hundred percent deadly serious. ]
That being said, she isn't unmanageable. Just be careful.

[ Zack's first job on the Barge was working in the Greenhouse. He'd done it originally as a way of thinking about and honoring Aerith, but now he likes going during his downtime to help her. It's relaxing, and of course, he's more than happy to handle all the heavy lifting.
At some point, though, he decides to bring up a certain something on the network... ]
So... I saw your conversation with Lark. About a birthday party.
[ A beat. ]
Do you...actually want a big one?

[ katie clearly doesn't want to be friends, but aside from the kerfuffle with CK... She doesn't cause any trouble. She has tea with one friend, watches movies with another, and even some of her hammer victims have forgiven her and want to see her. it looks like she might just leave aerith's care without causing any further trouble.
But that just won't do, will it.
Katie invites her temporary warden to her cabin to talk. The door is already a little ajar and when Aerith comes all the way in, the tomato juice comes all the way down. ]

Miss Aerith. Do you have a few spare minutes today?
What are your thoughts about using esuna to let the Remnants drive? Or would you prefer they wait out the result of their choices?
[ On one hand it would be reasonable. But then again, they were honest about it. ]

M- {Oh the slip. One day it will happen. But, for now, he avoids it.} Aerith, we need your help.
[ A gift wrapped up in a clothing box shows up birthday morning, via chorebot.
Aerith's door is knocked on. The chorebot in question has 'HAPPY BIRTHDAY' printed out on its LED screen and is holding up the gift. Vincent is nowhere to be seen but it's obvious who the culprit is. ]

Nanaki slipped into Aerith's room some time after one of the alarms went off. Even after Vincent destroyed the ones on level 4 the continued random alerts distressed him. Aerith's scent helped calm Nanaki and he curled up on the floor to wait for her.
His head lifted as she returned to her room and he hoped his presence here wouldn't startle her. He waited a moment for her to notice him and then asked softly, "Are you all right?"

Ulla lugs her harp up to the greenhouse one day. She doesn't interrupt Aerith's work, but there will be a soundtrack to it until Aerith either comes over on her own and reaches what seems like a stopping point, so Ulla can softly call her over. She and Hjerte quietly sing a duet, a story about the first sildroher song of building, as she plucks the strings.
[Aerith will find a decorated box outside her door when she opens it in the morning. Once she unwraps it she will find a "dancing flower" toy inside. Also tucked into the box is a typed note with a few lines from a poem on it, unsigned.
"Hope" is the thing with feathers
That perches in the soul,
And sings the tune without the words,
And never stops at all
He hopes it brings at least a little joy to her despite the troubled times.]

Nanaki let himself into Aerith's cabin and set to arranging a few things in the kitchen. He started with the flower bouquet he had picked from the garden when Aerith hadn't been around (harder to do than it sounded!). He made sure the flowers looked nice in the vase he procured for them before moving on. He then pulled a plastic container from his pack and set it on the counter next to the flowers. He gave up trying to pry the lid off and left it for Aerith to handle. Inside were paw-baked cookies. They looked...edible. Maybe.
He sat down to wait but eventually that turned into a long sprawl. Which in turn became a curled up lay and finally completed its metamorphosis into a catnap.

Aerith. [Warm, relaxed and conversational.] I saw you got paired with Mr. Fairfield - if you need any advice at all for handling him, let me know. I met him when he first came on board so I've had the chance to understand him a bit more than most.
Aerith?
...I probably should have asked you about this first. And please, I beg your pardon for not doing so, but if he proves to be a pest, I am absolutely prepared to remove this responsibility from your plate but...
I have given Thrawn a restriction. And in the interest of keeping him... reasonable on the matter, I agreed to give you the means to loosen said restriction in case I am put in a coma or during daylight hours when I am unavailable.
Before I take up more of your time, is this something you're comfortable accepting?

Good day, Aerith. I believe I may need your assistance.
[ Have a Reno with a towel around his neck and a loose top. on. ]
Hey Princess, on a scale of 1 to 'thank you Reno how can I ever repay you,' how much do you like partaking of a little eye candy?
[ He sounded so pleased with himself, even going so far as to pitch up his voice an poorly mimic Aerith's. It wasn't Zack, but a little window shopping never hurt to take the mind off of things. ]

one day mobile will stop hitting me with weird autocorrects
"which makes them a good choice for this" is what i meant up there, rip
I need a lot of bright leaves and flowers, more than usual for one of my dresses. Could I meet you in the greenhouse?
If there was one place Collins knew to find Aerith during the day it was the greenhouse. It wasn't a hundred percent bet all of the time, but at some point she was bound to show up and tend to the plants. And when a person had a mostly regular schedule, he it was even quicker to find them.
The Irishman approached her in the greenhouse while she tended to some stalks. He looked at the plants and then to her. "Hello, petal. How are ya doin' today?"
There was a gentle pause as he waited for her answer, and then after she gave it he asked her another question. "Can you tell me if we have certain plants growin' here?"

Hey. You stood me up the other day for coffee.
[His tone isn't angry or upset, just his normal casual with the weight of seriousness in it.]
Went to find you, found Trevor instead. He told me why you've seemed so sick lately.
[A pause.]
Were you ever gonna?

[With Ciel newly returned, Collins wasn't certain now was a good time to bother her with his own inmate problems. He was desperate, but still didn't give any details in case this was a bad idea.]
Do you have time for a serious meeting right now, or is your own troublesome inmate keeping you busy?

Good afternoon, Aerith.
I'm going to fully restrict Sebastian's powers until I'm convinced he can be trusted with them again. Are you willing to ask the Admiral to protect Ciel from any harm until Sebastian earns his powers back?
