It's possible. Using magic, maybe, instead of technology. The first world we stopped at after I was brought to the Barge, there were people who had stunning spells, and enchanting items to deliver them quickly is a logical next step.

For contemporary designs. There are older versions that are heavier than the ones I use, but the technology has come a long way over the years.

I wonder if they would have made these in my world too. Not exactly the same type but...similar. Maybe not.
[It does make her think of the Turks, especially with their usually gloved state.]

They'd need slots, and the materia for it, and then...they could do spells, with whoever wears it.
Tifa wears gloves like that. No stunning spells though, that I know about.
