Not in Midgar, no- even if it was the capital city and all.
It was just in one sector, under the city plates. Kinda the place to go to for entertainment that wasn't strictly legal.

I don't. At least, it wasn't my every night kind of stop. But it was in the sector next to mine.
For safety and for keeping an eye on people and- sometimes escape- I got familiar with it.
It was a busy place. Good to lose people in, if I didn't want my mom to know I was being tracked.
