I don't know if it'll help quite as effectively, but.

It's -- routines help me. Being strict about bedtimes, making myself the same sort of tea. Making sure it's not too quiet in the room. Having someone else around helps, too.

[Of course, Zack isn't here any longer, which would make that a little more challenging.]

I think that's part of the problem.

I have the routine. Usually a set bedtime. But my routine has changed. And it's too quiet.

My cabin...even if it looks the same...doesn't feel the same.

I don't know if-- well, if there's someone else you're comfortable staying with, at least for a while.

I am...thinking of at least sleeping over at one of my brother's places for most of the time.

Oh, it's barge adoption. I was an only child but now I have...many...many siblings. Mostly brothers. And uncles. And...kids.

It just kinda built up over the past year.

Maybe when she's feeling better, I'll go and see her. See if there's some fun things she'd want to do, or try.
