Somewhere quiet enough I think would work? I simply don't trust that the Captain isn't capable of listening in on this later. At least in person there's a smaller chance of him paying attention right at that moment.
Yes. Which apparently doesn't mix well with his magic and, for some reason he refuses to discuss, this means that his heart has problems if his protection fails and we touch each other.
[He's certain there's something more Hanna is leaving out as Edwin's never heard of a magical interruption having that effect unless the magic was directly effecting the organs in question, but even getting that much out of the other man had been difficult.]
He's extremely reluctant to discuss it with anyone, not even his warden, and I have what I feel are very legitimate concerns about his safety should we have a repeat of what occurred earlier. [He pauses, straightening his tie and trying to collect himself again.]
And he has to draw the protection on his skin. I saw it during the dream.
[It had been smeared, and half faded. And with everything else...she pressed her lips together.]
I do have a theory why his heart shorts out when ghosts touch him.
But I think the solution has to do more with his magic protections. My magic is powerful, but it doesn't last.
We might want to talk to Hanna how his ghost protection works, or talk to a mage. Ulla would be great, but she needs to understand exactly how it works.
Florian...I don't know him well. But he can make shields.
I have tried, but you're welcome to try again. All that happened when I tried it was Hanna getting cross with me for trying to plan too much and saying that we should have something in place in case of an emergency.
[He gives a frustrated sigh.]
He is frustratingly lackadaisical about his own health and wellbeing.

Or anyone else for that matter.

The question is if he'd want to.
The others might be more of a problem. Let's just make sure we're away from the infirmary and the commune.

Anyway- I'll head up now.You should be able to spot me easily. I'll have the winged staff and the pink ribbon.

Did Hanna tell you anything about me?

[That was the nice way to put it. But she took him in, her gaze curious.]
But you're a...ghost?
[She was curious about it, but she didn't probe hard. No need to be rude!]

I don't want to be responsible for... his death.

Either way, we talk to Hanna about this.

And sometimes forget that it may mean we hurt the people with our actions.
[She sighs too.]
In that case...if he doesn't want to do anything, we might have to do something with you. And if it's from contact...yeah. Uh huh.
We may need Florian's help. My barrier spell wouldn't last long enough.
