The reason I want you to talk to Tendi and Florian and Iris is that they are a resource for you. You don't know what's attributable to the potion and what's not. That is a question they can help you find the answer to. You should feel completely empowered to set limits on what they can and can't do to figure it out, but they have more options and knowledge to put at your and Cloud's disposal than I do.
But if you don't trust them, and Cloud doesn't wish for anyone else to be involved, that's a decision for the two of you. I've told Tendi that I'd let all the victims know about her offer, but that I wouldn't pass on names without permission. I haven't, and I won't. How much access any of them get to Cloud is up to you.
I think we should have a talk after this. Not about Cloud or Justine, but to get to know each other better.

i did take her notes away which she did not like at all. when you think cloud is ready to hear it, will you let him know that he can choose whether he would like the notes about himself, to destroy or do anything else with, or i can destroy them myself without reading them?
One of her consequences, as a result of this, is that she's no longer allowed unsupervised access to botanicals.
I've agreed that she can continue to make art with flowers, as long as someone else keeps the plant parts and watches her while she's using them. She requested you.
I don't believe she knows your full involvement at this stage, and I'm happy to insist it be someone else if you don't wish to.
